Working at a law firm. Lawyer has given his secretary full Ownership rights to his calendar, set her as a delegate and ticked "send meeting request and responses only to my delegates, not to me." When the secretary sends out a calendar invite marked "private" to someone on behalf of the lawyer, the accepted/rejected response is not received by the secretary but sent to the lawyers inbox, however if the secretary sends out a calendar invite on behalf of lawyer "not marked private" she receives the meeting response in her inbox. They are both using Outlook 2003 SP2, running on Windows XP. How can I get the secretary to receive meeting responses of the lawyer regardless if the calendar invite is marked Private or not. Any ideas ashow to resolve this or isthis bydesign?? 1 person needs an answerI do too
